This Shipping Policy explains how Emprise Teamwear Limited (“Emprise Teamwear”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through our website or other ordering channels.

1. About Our Products

Emprise Teamwear specialises in custom-made teamwear and sports apparel, which is manufactured specifically to each customer’s order.

Because most items are bespoke and produced to order, shipping times include both:

  • Production time, and
  • Delivery time

These times may vary depending on the complexity and size of the order.

2. Production Time

Before shipping, orders must be manufactured.

Production timelines may vary depending on but not limited to:

  • order volume
  • seasonal demand
  • artwork approval
  • supplier availability
  • manufacturing capacity

Any estimates provided are not guaranteed deadlines but are provided as guidance.

3. Order Processing

Orders will normally be processed once:

  • payment has been successfully received; and
  • artwork, sizing, and design specifications have been confirmed.

Orders requiring design approval or artwork verification may take longer to enter production.

If any issues arise with your order, our team will contact you before manufacturing begins.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe
  • Selected international destinations – please enquire prior to ordering to confirm.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

5. Delivery Methods

We use reputable third-party courier services to deliver orders.

Typical carriers may include:

  • DPD
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • Other professional courier partners

Delivery method may depend on:

  • parcel size
  • destination
  • order value.

Tracking information will normally be provided where available.

Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched to our UK HQ, typical delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing both at the senders and recipients customs.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location
  • parcel weight or size
  • courier rates.

Shipping charges will be displayed clearly before completing your purchase.

From time to time, promotional free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • clearance fees

may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

9. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure that:

  • the delivery address is accurate and complete;
  • someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

Emprise Teamwear cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

We will:

  1. investigate with the courier
  2. track the shipment
  3. assist with resolution where necessary.

While we will always assist in resolving delivery issues, delays caused by third-party carriers are outside our direct control.

11. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of the packaging and affected items.
  3. Retain the original packaging where possible.

12. Split Shipments

For large or multi-item orders, we may ship products in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.

You will be informed if an order is dispatched in more than one shipment.

13. Risk and Ownership

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain the responsibility of Emprise Teamwear until they are delivered to the customer.

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

14. Returns & Shipping

Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless items are faulty or incorrect.

If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

15. Customer Communication

We may contact you regarding shipping updates via:

  • order status notifications.

Information provided during checkout will be used in accordance with our Cookies & Privacy Policy. Order status notifications are only sent via email with all and/or enquiries regarding your order status. All order status notifications and or updates will contain an order number specific only to you. If you are at all uncertain, please contact us on: 0114 395 1819 or by emailing: teamwear@emprise.store with your order number. We will never contact you regarding your order and ask you for your banking or any such payment or finance orientated information associated with your order. Emprise Teamwear and Emprise Group cannot be held responsible for external individuals or groups claiming to be Emprise Teamwear or a subsidiary of the Emprise Group.
