These Terms of Service govern the use of the Emprise Teamwear website and the purchase of products from Emprise Teamwear Limited.

3. Products and Customisation
Emprise Teamwear specialises in bespoke, made-to-order sports apparel and teamwear with 5 week lead times.
Products may include:
- customised team kits
- training apparel
- garments with player names or numbers
- club logos or sponsor logos
- personalised sizing or specifications
Because these items are manufactured specifically for the customer, they are considered custom-made goods.
Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes. Colours, placement of logos, and garment appearance may vary slightly due to production methods and screen displays.
4. Orders
4.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed when:
- payment has been accepted; and
- order confirmation is issued by Emprise Teamwear.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
- payment is not authorised
- product information was incorrectly displayed
- fraud or misuse is suspected
- supply issues occur.
4.2 Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming that all information submitted is correct, including:
- garment sizes
- spelling of names
- numbers
- logo artwork
- colours
- delivery information.
Once manufacturing has begun, changes may not be possible.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed:
- are listed in GBP (£)
- may include or exclude VAT depending on the product listing
- exclude delivery charges unless stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
6. Payment
Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- debit cards
- credit cards
- online payment providers
- bank transfer for team or bulk orders (where agreed).
Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Manufacturing & Production
As all items are made to order, production timelines may vary but we work to 5 week timelines from the start of production to delivery to your door.
Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and may be affected by:
- seasonal demand
- supply chain delays
- artwork approval delays
- production capacity.
- World events such as war or political events or acts of nature.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Delivery
Delivery services may be provided by third-party couriers.
Delivery times:
- are estimates only
- may vary depending on destination.
Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate.
Emprise Teamwear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- courier disruptions
- incorrect address information
- customs delays for international shipments.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not available once items have been manufactured.
Customised products fall under the exemption contained within the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for personalised goods.
However, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If goods are:
- faulty
- damaged
- significantly not as described
we will investigate and may provide:
- repair
- replacement
- refund
in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on this website belongs to Emprise Teamwear or its licensors.
This includes:
- logos
- branding
- website design
- images
- graphics
- written content.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use website content without prior written permission.
Customers submitting logos or artwork confirm that they have the legal right to use that material.
Emprise Teamwear accepts no liability for copyright infringement relating to customer-supplied artwork.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the website. Misuse covers all eventualities and versions of the website and the content held within; being used for anything other than for use as an Emprise Teamwear customer.
- attempt unauthorised access to systems
- transmit malicious software
- disrupt website operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or block users who breach these conditions.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law including:
- UK GDPR
- Data Protection Act 2018
- Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

- loss of profits or revenue
- business interruption.
Our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where events occur outside our reasonable control, including:
